  1 hr photo order. 2 orders. In a hurry, didn't think about one envelope vs. two. Halfway to where we were going with photos, we realize incomplete. On phone with clerk on way back to store. Clerk says she doesn't see the order. By this time we're back in the parking lot of Walgreens. Final answer from clerk: she will process the order right away, but it's too late for our purposes. Two days later stop in to pickup the "missing" order. Clerk who rings me up says she's the one I talked to on the phone two days before. She says I should have asked for "both" orders and that she would give me a discount anyway. She said the order was in the bin all along. Really? We could have had it two days before when she was looking for it when I was on the phone with her, sitting in the parking lot outside when she claimed she couldn't find it and would process it right away? I understand mistakes happen, I also take responsibility for being in a rush and not asking for the second order the first time, but the SECOND time is due a professional apology without any customer finger-pointing. Driving all the way back, having the clerk unable to find the order she said was there all along and then being told it's my fault. No.
