  This review is regarding the pharmacy and store management. Which, spoiler alert, is run by unreliable & incompetent staff who will screw up your prescription then laugh at you. I received a text reminding me to refill my prescription. So I called them to do that... They refuse to refill my prescription, although I have one refill left. It is stated on the bottle, "1 REFILL BEFORE 09/19/18". I was told, "in our system you have no refills". I said, well, your system generated the label for my meds last month which states otherwise, and, your system sent me texts reminding me to get my refill. I was told again they could not refill it. That is all, just a no, despite what the bottle they gave me says. I asked to speak to the store manager and Dylan came on the line. I explained the situation and his response was that it was not their fault, it is "corporate's" fault. Then he blamed CVS (the pharmacy the script was transferred from). He said, "There's nothing we can do about this." He actually suggested I call a Walgreen's help line. Nice managerial skills kid! How do people who cannot problem solve end up as a manager? And the punchline - this 'manager' actually LAUGHED about it. Laughing about a medication screw-up. Just another tribute to horrible customer service.
