  Walked in on my lunch break with my husband, and I was happily greeted by two of the employees. They introduced themselves and were very polite. We were having trouble with my husbands phone, the charge port wasn't working anymore and neither was the headphone port. They were exploring some options on wireless chargers, all the while looking up our insurance plan and answering a couple questions we had along the way. They were really great and helpful with everything. She ended up figuring out that the charging port just had a bunch of pocket fuzz (whoops) in there and took it out (same with the head phone jack...again, whoops!) with some canned air and a pick and both work perfectly! They saved us $175 and a bunch of headache! Yay!
