  Literally the worst customer service i've ever had. Got tricked into upgrading my phone through my jump plan assured of no charge- got a $30 charge on my next bill, and $5 fee a month. tried to discuss it with the manager and a lady named kelsey who told me to never call that t-mobile store again and hung up. i've been a customer for 10 years and never have dealt with anything like this. save your time and go somewhere else.

  The guy that helped me, Blaze was awesome! I got the best deals! He helped me change my plan to make my bill lower. My whole experience was great, I went back the next day and he helped out my mom. Her plan was changed also, and her bill is lower now as well. I will never go to another T-Mobile store.
