  Went to the store on 10/29/17 to see about changing my plan and purchasing 2 of the phones that were at the end of the lease. I was rudely greeted by the salesman and then after explaing what I was wanting to do he said you couldn't buy the phones in store and would have to call Sprint. He didn't even proceed to see if he could help on checking on newer plans. (My current one is 5 years old, so BTW I'm a loyal customer) Not sure if I interrupted your movie or TV time but next time get off your butt and nicely help the customers who walk in to spend money to keep you employed. However, I would like to say THANK YOU to the awesome customer service rep. @ SPRINT who I did call today and who helped me out with the whole process. S WIRELESS you should talk to your employees and offer some training in customer service (which is your business).

  Chris is the best! Chris helped us even after the store was closed and we couldn’t be more happy! He went the extra mile and wouldn’t stop until we were totally happy.
