  I just had a visit at Sounds on Wheels today. I initially had to replace my radio and had a great experience there. Prices are decent and they work with you if you have a budget when it comes to upgrades. However, after installation I experienced a rattling noise inside my new radio. Even though It took me quite a while to come in because of school, work, and necessary funds to fix it, Kory was happy to fix it for me. I was told it was going to cost around 40.00 for the job, which didn't break my bank. After they worked on it, I was told that there was actually a piece that was shaking after all and that my service was not going to cost me at all! They took responsibility for the shaking park since it wasn't mounted correctly and were very professional about it. I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone and I thank them so much for being very professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable about what was going on. It was worth the 40 minute drive! (Also, no rattling noise anymore! Woohoo!)
