  Worst customer service I have ever received. I was shopping after work on a Wednesday evening, the store was not busy, yet I had to ask to check out. Several employees were milling about. After purchasing a heavy item, I realized I wanted to shop in housewares also. I asked if I could leave the heavy item with the clerk. He responded I could leave it on the counter but he wasn't going to be there. Deciding to take it out to my car before finishing my shopping, I walked past several employees including the clerk I had just spoken with. Not one made eye contact or asked if I needed assistance, much less asked this 5'2'" middle aged women if I needed help carrying the large, heavy item out. I returned to shop and found two items I wanted. I had to seek out an employee again to check out. He also failed to offer any assistance. Although not heavy, the two items were bulky. The counter was cluttered. Instead of clearing a place for the items or even offering to take one or both, he allowed me to hold them. Frustrated, I sat them down on the floor, said I was no longer interested in them and walked over to JC Penneys where I purchased similar items.
