  This the second time I have called in my prescription for my inhaler, indicated a time that its supposed be filled, only to have to call back days later and find they have only processed it, but haven't filled it. Since I need that to BREATHE, I don't think there is any viable excuse for it not being filled when promised. And if there is a problem, I always include my phone number for the pharmacist to call me back. It's a good thing I compensate for their incompetence by making sure my current inhaler will last and not wait till the last minute to call.
