  Extremely professional and down to earth! I recently moved my family to Spokane, Wa., and we needed to purchase a foundation for a new mattress. My wife reminded me that there was a mattress store next to Target so I looked them up! Megan, the store manager helped me decide which foundation to purchase and scheduled the delivery for the next day. Easy! I received a call from Megan about 15 minutes after our initial call where she informed me that a delivery driver from the store in the valley was closing up and will be driving to south hill to pick up the foundation and deliver it tonight! Wow! Customer service above and beyond any expectation. Thanks Megan and Eric for going above and beyond to help us sleep comfortably tonight! Blessing to you both!

  Eric was a tremendous help to us when we came in looking for a new mattress. He was knowledgeable, professional, and didn't hit us with a bunch of sales pitches or any aggressive sales techniques. He listened to what we wanted, what our budget was, and guided us through their stock to find the right solution for us. On top of that, he delivered our new mattress that same night so we didn't have to go another night sleeping on the old mattress, which was causing my partner to wake up in pain every morning. Can't say enough how happy we were with his service! Thank you again, Eric, you do a great job!

  We went all over the place (Mattress Firm, Costco, etc) before finding Mattress Depot. This place had the best prices by far. We were able to find a great king sized mattress while staying within our budget. Other places we went showed us mattresses that were several hundred dollars over our budget. The manager of the store helped us pick out our mattress and made sure that we’d be protected in the future by recommending a waterproof cover for the mattress. It only took three days for our mattress to arrive at the store. Once it arrived, she called us and we went in to pick it up that night. We had a friend with a pickup truck help us since we live just down the road. That process saved us a small delivery fee. We are very pleased with how easy the process was of buying a new mattress. We will definitely return and recommend Mattress Depot to friends in the area.
