I was told at the time of purchase that the recipient could exchange the shirt for a different size if it didn't fit. However when the recipient attempted to exchange it, she was refused even though she had a gift receipt and the original receipt. The sales clerk treated the recipient of the shirt like a criminal. I will never patronize this store again.
