  With kids I'm at gamestop constantly. They're not the cheapest in town, but they have the hard to find games and downloads no one else does. And their product knowledge with their staff is pretty top notch! Game world in Spokane is locally owned, but are often short staffed and I've waited 20 to 25 minutes for assistance, whereas gamestop is always ample staffed for prompt service.

  Always has a good selection of games but also has poor customer service and the manager lies about the exchange policy witch I would assume he does to make a profit for himself. He told me the actual policy over the phone witch I already knew how was suppose to have worked out and then changes it up when I went into the store to do the actual exchange, he screwed me out of my $50 gift card that I was suppose to get back after the exchange, he said it was a straight across exchange but it wasn’t I was suppose to have gotten an extra $50 gift card and he insisted that he was doing it the right way when I had already done an exact exchange with my other xbox so I know how it was suppose to go... I don’t recommend doing business at this location.
