  Today I visited the Spokane Valley Mall location for some holiday shopping. The service and availability of products was exemplary but I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of this store. Using the fitting rooms was like walking into a storage warehouse. There was no attendant to what appeared to be a coed dressing room and the entrance is lined with racks that have handwritten notes saying “DO NOT TOUCH,” I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to hang unwanted clothing here when I left the dressing room. None of the doors shut properly and most of the dressing rooms are missing a few hooks and in some spots the hooks are missing entirely. There were dust bunnies everywhere. Merchandise stocked to the ceiling and gum on the walls. Command hooks are NOT a solution. It is a shame that your management considers this acceptable because the destruction of this fitting room did not happen over night. I understand that this is a busy time of year but if you expect people to want to come to your store and comfortably try on clothing then the dressing room should be kept to a cleanliness standard.
