When replacing the fire bricks I found a issue with the stove and Katie at the Fireplace Center help me file a warranty claim with the manufacture. The company honored the warranty after 17 years of use and the problem was resolved. Katie has been very friendly and has kept me informed on part orders and delivery times. Jim H.
