  We went with Caruso's because they are local and we want to support local businesses. Our tile was backordered which meant we needed to order something different. After 3 visits to the store we finally had tile ordered. Install scheduling was delayed for various reasons and then when our day came the supervisor arrived with 2 newer installers. Everyone was speaking Russian and I had difficulty figuring out what was going on. The supervisor left the 2 workers to install the floor. At completion of the job I was not satisfied. Three tiles had gaps and the threshold was messed up. I called my salesperson who scheduled someone to come out in 3 weeks to take a look/repair the install. The repair serviceman was an expert and confirmed that 3 tiles had not been glued down appropriately not had the threshold been done correctly. I am now satisfied but will not be going back to Caruso's Floors. Too bad.
