  Had a large area of hardwood to floor to cover and Steve showed us a way to cover it with an area rug that was not only affordable, but in the carpet type and color we wanted. Excellent customer service and quick turn around on the order. Will buy from again. Thank you!

  We moved from California to Clayton to retire. We bought a house and wanted a new floor and new carpet throughout house. We called and asked for a quote. We decided to purchase and have it installed before we arrived. They said no problem. 2 days before leaving Calif we got a call that they couldn't get the floor in because they measured wrong but they would not be charging us extra. But it would take a extra 2 weeks to install. Really I thought ,why would you charge us for your mistake ,anyway it gets worse. Our furniture arrived and they informed us it would cost extra to move the appliances to lay the floor. Well if you had not measured wrong..... It has only been 90 days since we had it put in there is a crack in the floor and the carpet is already buckling and coming apart. Now it is only me and my wife. No way did we do anything to make this floor crack or carpet come apart. They charged us alot of money for crappie flooring. Never use them I am getting the word out there but if you want good product and service go somewhere else

  It is now 10 days post installation of our purchase. We had a great experience with all aspects of our purchase from Carpet Barn. Our need was to get carpet for 3 bedrooms. The sales person, Dave, was knowledgeable in explaining the material (nylon vs. polyester) so we would be happy with the product long term. He did not oversell anything to us. The installation went great and have had no issues. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
