  I had water damage that destroyed my hardwood floors. After lots of shopping, phone calls, and research, I went with brothers hardwoods to replace my hardwood floors. I chose them for the convenience, value, and trust. With an insurance claim having one company that handled moving furniture, repairs, and appliances greatly minimized the forms needed for the insurance company and mortgage company. Each contractor has to submit several forms. Brothers handled the whole hardwood job and reduced my paperwork pain. Their prices were competitive and they partner with the manufacturer and customer creating a value for the overall product installed. They were up front and honest with products and worked with me for over a year during delays from other repairs and insurance adjusters. They always answered my annoying questions and returned my calls. During the installation process they worked with the manufacturer to resolve issues. Issues that they forwarned me about but i wanted an exotic wood. They respected my time and added workers to the project to stay on schedule. They adapted to minor problems that were revealed after the old floors were removed. The installers were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and ensured the install was a quality product and the work area was left clean.

  I would not hire these people.they did an ok job on a smalll repair,but one board was noticily higher.said they would call to fix it,totally blew it off.they do not follow thue with anything.beware!!!!!
