  Over the years as an out of state property owner we have come to rely on the good service albeit expensive services as needed on our property. Back in October we contacted Bill the Fauceteer to again take care of a relatively easy service to stop the leaks from our outdoor faucets (2). Never heard back from them. Traveled to Spokane December 12th and found that Bill the Fauceteer had not even bothered to come and take care of the job. Called them on December 15th and reminded them to please go take care of the two leaking outdoor faucets. They said we'll get right on that and apologized for not getting to it sooner. Well again, we hadn't heard anything from them and with winter and freezing temps we are very concerned about the pipes and called again on December 24th. At the time Bill the Fauceteer said he wasn't sure about the job and that he would get back to us on December 26th. Well the 26th came and went and still no call. Monday the 29th we confirmed that both faucets were both leaking against the foundation of the house. We contacted another plumber since Bill the Fauceteer must have felt the job too much them. We were surprised to receive a call from Bill the Fauceteer not a mere hour later after we had everything set up. All we have to say is the service we had come to depend on is no longer available. Contact another plumber.
