  Was having an issue after trying to install a used kenwood nav stereo but no sound. Called them and was asked to come in so I came in planning to pay for their diagnosis and was happy to pay just wanted it to work. The staff immediately came out and gave good advice to which I could have left and tried their advice at home but planned to leave the vehicle over night when another very knowledgeable and friendly staff member came out and found it was a simple fix and gave me the answer I needed to which the problem was resolved immediately and at no cost to myself. If I had money at the time I would have given the largest tip I’ve ever given. I will certainly be back and am extremely pleased with the guys at aspen

  Employee's at Aspen Sound really know "customer service"!! Jose is the absolute best!! I've been there many times and have purchased both remotes, had remotes fixed and bought alarm systems. I would highly recommend these guys
